Important Disclaimer – B2B Sales Only

Fast Fitness Logistics only sells on a Business to Business (B2B) basis. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are acting as a business customer, not a consumer.

We are under the impression that all purchases are made by businesses. Therefore, UK consumer protection laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.

B2B sales are governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and common contract law. Unlike consumer purchases, businesses do not have automatic cancellation or refund rights. This allows us to set our own returns policy, which is outlined below. Courts will generally enforce these terms as long as they are reasonable, transparent, and agreed upon at the time of sale.


General Returns Policy

If you have received a product that you no longer need, you can log a return through your order history page on our website or email us at jimmy@flogi.co.uk.

  • You must return the product(s) to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.

  • Goods must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and resaleable.

  • A restocking fee of 15% will apply to all non-faulty returns.

  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Once your return has been received and processed, a refund (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  • If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, contact jimmy@flogi.co.uk immediately. We may request photos before issuing a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item until instructed.

  • For pallet orders, sign the delivery as “unchecked” or “damaged” and take photos. Notify us straight away so we can investigate with the courier.

  • If you received an incorrect item, email us with your order number, description, barcode of the received item, and the details of the item you expected. We will arrange the correct solution.


Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing, first check your order confirmation. If it was meant to be shipped but was not delivered, contact jimmy@flogi.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and details of the missing product(s). We may request photos of the packaging and packing slip to investigate.


Short-Dated or Expired Products

If you receive a short-dated or expired product, please email jimmy@flogi.co.uk with your order number and product details. We will review and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.


Export Orders

All export orders are shipped as DAP/DDU. This means you (the buyer) must pay customs charges, import fees, and VAT prior to delivery. These vary by country, and we cannot provide estimates.
