B2B Sales Disclaimer

Fast Fitness Logistics is a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier only. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are purchasing as a business customer.

We are under the impression that all purchases are made by businesses. As such, UK consumer protection laws such as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.

B2B sales are governed primarily by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and common contract law. Unlike consumers, businesses do not have automatic cancellation or refund rights. This means we are entitled to set our own returns policy, including restocking fees, provided it is clear and agreed before the sale. Courts will generally enforce such terms if they are reasonable, transparent, and agreed to at the time of contract.

Our returns policy is as follows:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and resaleable.

  • A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all non-faulty returns.

  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Same Day Dispatch on Orders Placed by 2pm

UK Delivery

  • Next working day delivery on all UK orders placed and paid for by 2pm (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • Saturday delivery available for non-pallet orders over £250 (excluding VAT) or at an additional charge.

  • Orders over £100 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery.

  • Orders under £100 will incur a £5 + VAT delivery fee.

Please note: during busy sales periods, delivery times may be extended. Unforeseen courier delays (e.g. adverse weather, road closures, depot issues) may also cause disruption, although we will do everything possible to minimise this.


DPD Predict & Follow My Parcel

With DPD’s Predict service you will receive:

  • A one-hour delivery window (via SMS or email)

  • Real-time parcel tracking, including a 15-minute final slot

  • Options to change delivery date

  • Delivery to a nominated neighbour

  • Delivery to a specified safe place

  • Collection from a local DPD Pick-Up Shop


FedEx International Delivery

FedEx Express connects to over 220 countries worldwide, with major hubs in Paris and Liège, offering reliable international delivery.


EU & International Delivery

  • Mainland EU orders above €250 qualify for free delivery.

  • Orders under €250 may incur a delivery charge.

  • For deliveries outside the EU, please contact jimmy@flogi.co.uk for details.

  • All export orders are shipped as DAP/DDU – meaning you (the buyer) are responsible for customs charges, import fees, and VAT before delivery. These charges vary by country, and we cannot provide estimates.

  • We do not deliver to overseas British Territories.

  • Delivery lead times may vary due to local public holidays, customs clearance, or transport delays.

⚠️ Please note: Some countries may require commodity codes or specific customs information. This must be supplied by the buyer directly to customs authorities.


Declined Deliveries

If you decline delivery of your order, you may be charged for:

  • The original delivery fee

  • The return charge

  • A packaging/handling fee
